Description
The Auckland Library of Tools (ALoT) is a community hub that promotes sustainability by providing access to a wide range of tools and equipment. By becoming a member you will have access to a wide range of tools. This of course means you don't have to own your own tools and you will also become part of a sharing community where we together become part of a better way to engage in community through sharing tools and exchanging knowledge. ALOT is also the home to Hackland maker space and Repair cafe every Saturday from 11am - 2pm.
ALoT is a grassroots, volunteer-run initiative focused on reducing consumption through resource sharing. Open since early 2019, this non-profit organization relies on community support to thrive. Our dedicated volunteers manage the library, maintain tools, and assist members. Please get in touch if you would like to become a volunteer.
